As sisters who have supported each other through a family health crisis, we know how quickly life can change—and how essential dependable, compassionate care becomes in those moments. At the beginning of 2023, our father’s back surgery led to severe complications that required months of hospitalization and highly specialized care. When it came time for him to return home, the transition was far more difficult than we ever expected. Home care agencies were understaffed, inconsistent, and slow to respond—leaving our mother without the reliable support she urgently needed. During this time, she faced her own health challenges, and our family struggled to care for both parents while also caring for our own young families.
Through this experience—and through hearing similar stories from others in our community—we saw a clear and urgent need for dependable, compassionate, high-quality home care. This is what led us to launch Executive Home Care, Lake Washington: to ensure that seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or injury can live safely, joyfully, and independently—with dignity at the center of every decision.
Our personal experience shapes our commitment, and our professional backgrounds strengthen it. Caitlin brings a decade of hands‑on experience serving vulnerable populations, along with a strong foundation in leadership, team building, and delivering reliable, compassionate care. Casey contributes deep expertise in marketing, communications, and community engagement, as well as years of supporting families and advocating for individuals with complex needs. Together, we are deeply rooted in Seattle and the surrounding Lake Washington community and dedicated to building a home care agency that provides exceptional care for clients and a supportive, empowering workplace for caregivers—guided always by connection, compassion, and excellence
